NI.SA. ENGINEERING S.R.L. is an engineering firm established in early 2021 in Nola (NA), founded by a team of professionals with extensive experience in the civil and industrial sectors, operating well before the company’s official formation. Our core mission is to deliver integrated design and consultancy services by optimizing all components of the architectural system—construction, systems, and technologies—to ensure user comfort, high-quality spatial and design solutions, project feasibility, streamlined construction processes, and simplified management. NI.SA. has led significant restoration and urban/residential redevelopment projects, with specialized expertise in energy upgrading for both residential and industrial buildings. The company has managed all phases of civil construction projects for educational, residential, healthcare, religious, and recreational facilities. All projects are developed using BIM (Building Information Modeling) methodology, ensuring precision, collaboration, and efficiency throughout the project lifecycle. Within the firm, partners and collaborators possess specialized skills in every key area—architecture, structural engineering, electrical and special systems, mechanical, plumbing and fire protection systems, acoustics, energy efficiency, geology, and financial feasibility studies. NI.SA. also works in synergy with a broad network of external professionals, enabling us to manage a wide variety of assignments and meet the needs of both public and private clients. Nisa Engineering Srl has developed a working methodology focused on the design and implementation of both new construction projects and the maintenance of existing assets, with particular attention to the adoption of innovative building systems.

Our team follows a design process based on the BIM (Building Information Modeling) methodology, enabling a multidisciplinary approach within a single, integrated information model. This approach offers numerous advantages—not only during the design phase, but also throughout construction, maintenance, and future use of the completed works.

Moreover, our projects are deeply rooted in the core principles of material reuse and recycling. Each of our creations is developed with a strong focus on Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) and Minimum Environmental Criteria (CAM), ensuring environmental responsibility and long-term sustainability.
