ENERGY RETROFITTING AND SEISMIC UPGRADING
The Intervention
The project involves works aimed at locally improving the seismic performance of certain deteriorated structural elements that are no longer suitable for the functions for which they were originally designed in the early 1970s.
Additionally, a series of interventions are planned on the heat-dispersing surfaces of the entire building, in order to improve the thermal insulation of the building envelope components.
Lastly, extraordinary maintenance is foreseen for the heating and cooling systems, including the replacement of the generator and the upgrading of the delivery terminals.
