The project involves the execution of works aimed at locally improving the seismic performance of certain deteriorated structural elements that are no longer suitable for the functions for which they were originally designed in the early 1970s. Additionally, a series of interventions are planned on the heat-dispersing surfaces of the entire building to enhance the thermal performance of the components that make up the building envelope. Finally, extraordinary maintenance is foreseen for the heating and cooling system, including the replacement of the generator and the upgrading of the delivery terminals.
