The project involves a series of operations on the heat-dispersing surfaces of the entire building, with the aim of improving the thermal performance of the building envelope components. In addition, extraordinary maintenance work is planned on the heating and cooling system, including the replacement of the generator and the upgrading of the delivery terminals.
