Energy Retrofit of Existing Buildings

The Intervention

The project in question concerns the energy upgrading (eco-efficiency improvement) of existing buildings intended for public housing services.
The building was constructed in 1978 and is distributed over four levels: a ground floor and three upper floors, with a double-pitched roof and a non-habitable attic.
In terms of layout, three stairwells serve 24 apartments arranged primarily in a linear configuration. Of these units, 4 are two-room apartments and 20 are three-room apartments.
On the ground floor, there are 3 apartments, 24 garages, 1 boiler room, and 3 utility meter rooms. On the upper floors, there are 7 apartments per floor, totaling 21 apartments.
