The project involves the demolition of a residential building constructed in the early 1960s and its subsequent reconstruction from scratch. The entire new building has been constructed following the energy standards typical of an NZEB (Nearly Zero Energy Building). The newly built structure is highly energy-efficient, requiring only a minimal amount of energy during its operational phase.
